The Head of Production Department Mr. Chen Yuefeng, QC Manager Mr. Qin Feng of New Times Shipbuilding Company were present at the site, alongside the representatives from MITTAL site office Mr. Sun Jinfeng and representatives from ABS classification society attended and witnessed this event.
